During Covid, classes, tastings and seminars are held via Zoom.
After an initial consultation with the client, we decide on a theme from "The Future of Champagne," to "America's Next Great Winemakers," to "How to Distinguish Good Wines From Great."
I also cover grape varieties, wine regions, countries, styles, food pairings, and more.
I arrange direct shipment of wines to clients prior to each Zoom session.
